Pope Gelasio I in 494 who designated February 14 as the official Valentine's
Day

priest named Valentin who practiced in Rome around the 3rd century was the
character who inspired this tradition.

|
In my opinion, it is the cutest
celebration, since people are at peace and receive love from their loved ones.
In the day love and friendship, it is not necessary to have a boyfriend or
girlfriend, I don't know because most people are sad on that day when they
can have fun with their friends

This tradition reaches Mexico through the Spanish, that forged a
unique character, colorful, and that preserved the ancient memories.
I think that this is a celebration characteristic of Mexico, since not
is celebrated in other place.
I like this day of this celebration, since my family is together and
sometimes go to Hidalgo, and how my grandparents are dead, my family and I go
to vested their graves, and remember the moments that I live with my
grandparents.
I don´t have much loved ones that already dead, so if my family don´t
goes to Hidalgo I only stay at home or go to the my sister´s house.

Opinion
|
In my opinion, this is one of my
favorite celebrations as the tradition in Mexico is to order sweets in shops
and disguise yourself as a scary character.

comes from the Latin ´nativitas´which means birth, since on December 25 the
birth of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem is commemorated.

this day:

this day the people meets whit their family or friends, for dinner and to
converse whit people that you didn´t see from a long time.

clother or food.

members of the family or friends often gives gifts ones to others.

people usually dances with their couple to the light of the Christmas tree.

the people sings Christmas carols, like "silent night" or
"Rodolfo the reindeer"

In my opinion, it is the celebration
more pretty, since in this they the people meets, and how the song say is a
silent night. I haves a good memories, since in this day a can see to persons
that I can’t see all the time, like a some cousins that are very important
for me.

life where you remember the good and bad moments, learning mistakes and forgiving
the people that hurt you start a year with new energy and plans, surrounded
by people you’d like to have forever, toasting to your achievements of the
year, eating too many sweets and a glass of tequila to relax the body and

My opinion about this celebration is
that I think that it’s a gratefully activities and celebration in this
country, because the food is an important source and here the people share
and they meet whit their family and homeless people.
